Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ink Link Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ink Link provides a cloud-based estimating studio for sign, wrap, and print shops, including estimating, customer management, materials and rate cards, invoicing, and online payments.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Ink Link is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
• After the trial: a subscription is required for continued access
• Pricing: $79 per month, or $790 per year billed upfront
• Cancel at any time — from Settings or by contacting us. Access continues through the end of the current billing period
• Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable for partial years
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice via email

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Upload data you do not have the right to process (including your customers' personal information without a legal basis)
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. For material violations we may do so without prior notice; otherwise we will provide a reasonable opportunity to cure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, content, logos, and trademarks (Ink Link Studio, Ink Link) are the exclusive property of Ink Link. All rights reserved.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (estimates, customer records, materials, etc.). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent: every estimate, invoice, and customer your account owns is erased, and any active subscription is cancelled. Records already sent to your customers by email or portal link (e.g., invoices they received) remain in their inboxes — we cannot recall those.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink Link is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9a. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
